completely neutralized. 
DIRECTIONS: Apply VYTAC ACX POWDER to the acid spill slowly while mixing, working from the outside to the center. The mixture will first appear yellow. When 
sufficient VYTAC ACX POWDER is added so that the spill is completely neutralized the mixture will turn permanently pink. If permitted, the mixture can be flushed 
away with water without danger to the environment.
