FREIGHT POLICY Freight is FOB shipping point and SpilKleen reserves the right to charge freight and any associated handling fees which include without limitation, fees for small orders, local delivery charges, rush and emergency deliveries or special handling requirements.
Title and Risk of Loss or damage in transit of the products pass to the Buyer at the time of shipment from SpilKleen and the Buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
RETURN POLICY Any cancellation or return of a product must be approved by SpilKleen, Div. of AgraMax Inc. (in its discretion), be accompanied by proof of purchase, and may be subject to restocking and other charges. Any returns due to shipping errors, damage or loss must be immediately reported to SpilKleen. For returns not related to damage or loss during shipping, the product must be returned within 30 days of shipment and be in original packaging and resaleable condition. Returns must be made to the SpilKleen sales office and distribution center that they were delivered from. Some exceptions may apply.
